Privacy

What this policy covers

This policy covers agorilabs.com, the website of Agori Labs, Inc. ("we", "us"). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy that explains what that app collects and why. You'll find it on the app's own website: Brightwend, Pathcast and Boldcall. Herald isn't open yet; it will have its own policy before it is.

What we collect on this website

• No cookies, analytics or ad trackers. This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools.
• Technical information. Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our pages also load fonts from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which receive the same kind of technical information when your browser requests them.
• Emails you send us. Our buttons open your own email app. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to reply, to follow up on what you asked about (for example, adding you to the Herald early-access list or a note when Brightwend opens), and to keep basic records. We don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and email (such as Cloudflare and Google), when the law requires it, or if Agori Labs is ever reorganized or sold, in which case this policy would continue to apply to what we hold.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as they're useful to our conversation with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you've sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@agorilabs.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
